Our time together begins with a centering meditation to quiet the mind and open the heart. We will explore how our physical asana (posture) practice impacts our lives off the mat, select asanas will be explored, followed by thoughtful questions and journal prompts that will guide you towards self-discovery and empowerment. This nurturing space is crafted to support you in taking responsibility for your life, fostering deeper personal growth and clarity.
Nourishing the Body and Soul
Savor a beautifully prepared, vegetarian and gluten-free lunch that not only delights your taste buds but also nourishes your body. This wholesome meal is a perfect complement to your journey of inner renewal.
Afternoon: Walking Meditation and Reflective Exploration
Step out into nature for a mindful walking meditation, allowing you to feel grounded as you connect with the beauty of the world around you. Closing: Savasana and Sound Healing
