Preparing for Postpartum

This is such a special and sacred time.  A lot of the focus can be on the pregnancy itself and little on your healing and bonding with your child postpartum.

This teaching is close to my heart as I am well aware of how it positively impacted me in those sacred 4-6weeks postpartum.  There is much a mother, and her support team can do to prepare for this special time, this is why I recommend receiving this information in the 2nd trimester, once the 1st trimesters morning sickness has subsided and before the 3rd trimester lethargy and heaviness kicks in.
